# Randomness.-
Ah.. Injury! Yeah. I injured my knee playing soccer over the weekend. Nothing serious. I hope. X-rays shows nothing anyway. I'll just pray hard that its nothing. I can't bend my knee, or move my kneecap properly. no biggie. for now.
2 Saturdays ago, went down to the zoo with the Tang couple. I've never seen Darren so animated in whole life. Too bad it rained for a while, and, we couldn't finish rounding the zoo. I actually missed out some places during my first visit 2 months ago. Drop by the reptile enclosure, where you'll be able to see this troop of extremely cute and harmless marmosets running around, complete with a huge iguana.
Reminds me of the lemur that went "I like to move it move it.."
This cheeky little fella actually dared to run across Tiffany & Shiying, causing both of them to scream. And I didn't catch it on camera.
The Tang couple. And no they're not part of the zoo attraction.
Darren took this photo, since Shiying's camera died on her. Good shot!
My inspiration for the Bagua formation.
Cute little fella.
As you can tell by the Bagua, not Ba Kwa, comment, I've already watched Red Cliff. GOOD MOVIE! I dunno what they had against Lin Chiling's acting. I think it was quite okay. If Xiao Qiao is supposed to be this ditzy blur blur Chinese princess-like character. Takeshi Kaneshiro played Zhuge Liang to perfection. Recommended watch!
Back to more randomness, I've been tuning in to all my old favourite duet tunes on Youtube. And in order of preference...
This song is SUPER NICE. Coupled with his duet with the beautiful Valen Hsu, absolutely WOW.
Another sweet song. Too bad they separated. A vocally compatible couple.
Here's Jessica again with Spanish crooner David Bisbal. This is a perfect example of great vocal ability of 2 outstanding singers.
Ah.. you thought THAT was weird coming from me? I'll up the ante. in my next post of course. lols.
That's not everything that I wanted to say..

# July's Entry.-
A halfway mark of 2008 just passed. Fast isn't it? Yeah. Getting less and less time to decide what to do, and more importantly, WHEN to do it.
OK, a lowdown on what I was up to this past 2 weeks:
Caught this show over at the OmniTheater. Thanks to Isaac, we got free tickets! And for your info, this was my FIRST time to the Omnitheater. Darren too. 3 couples altogether. Baby, me, Isaac, Steph, Darren and Shiying. It was a... above normal experience. Nothing to shout about though. The show was damn interesting though. Remember in Jurassic Park, the part where the kids were stalked in the kitchen by the human sized velociraptors? Well guess what, they don't look an inch like what you saw in the movie. There's proof that they actually had FEATHERS covering them. Oh yeah. Bet you didn't know, the birds we see now, the mynahs on the trees, the owls at night, are actually the dino's DIRECT descendants. Yup. Those small creatures you see these days had ultra great grandparents that made you look like dinner. Overall, I gave the show a 7/10. Go for it if you haven't been to the Omnitheater before.
KUNG FU PANDA WAS EXCELLENT! Watch it for great laughs. I've never seen anything with this kinda humour for quite some time. Jack Black really made Po come to life with his rendition of a horizontally-challenged, noodle-cooking panda bear. OK la, as with all cartoon movies, the plot is predictable, bu it was the twists and turns that made it all worthwhile. 9/10.
Finally, I watched Get Smart, and I have to say... it was actually better than Kung Fu Panda! Steve Carrell was excellent in his rendition of Maxwell Smart. Even though I didn't get the chance to watch the original drama series (1965 - 1970), I think whatever that was shown in the movie was enough for us younger generation to know what's going on. Every single sentence that comes out of Maxwell's mouth was sarcasm. My type of comedy. It helps that Anne Hathaway looks hot too. =)
These 3 movies coming up next!
Can't wait for Batman. The trailers look damn good! And who can resist Angelina Jolie?
