# ZOO TRIP!-
FINALLY! A trip to the ZOO!! PICTURE FLOOD!

SQUIRRELS! Just like hamsters, but faster.

Cute little fella.

Tiffany and me spent 5 minutes looking for this ocelot, and he ended up right in front of my face, which (almost) made me jump.

Jurassic Park.

He's a HUGE croc.

"Yup, Superman forgot to put on his underwear thru the Spandex."

PENGUINS! CUTE! KAWAII! I seriously heard a Japanese tourist say that.

The chimpanzee troop!

This guy is damn cute. Throughout the whole token feeding session, he was on 2 legs clapping his hands asking for food!

The mandril!

Technicolor butt!

Ryan's ORD plans.

This fella saw what I did in Sentosa...

FOOD!

These are the proboscis monkey troop. What so special about them?

Take a close look at their noses. For this species of apes, that is a form of.. sexual attraction.

The leader of the troop. Notice his belly. That is due to the build up of gasses from his vritually vegetarian diet. Don't worry its normal.

If only I can make an omellette out of that...

No, that's not her skull size.

Close Encounters of the Tall Kind!

New boyband.

SHIT. Literally.

Close enough?

Rhino herd. They had a fight while we were around.

This guy was voluntarily causing hurt to his herdmate.

The cheetah. Fastest creature on land. I have my doubts suddenly.

Zebra's crossing!

Ostrich. Tiffany was dying to see them.

Tiffany's dream (mud) house.

Free ranging orang utans!

Minor conference.

Inuka the polar bear!

That is the height of the tallest, heaviest and obviously biggest polar bear ever discovered. Compare it to me. Do I look like polar bear food? Convincing right?

The Babirusa. Direct translation in malay: Deer Pig. His exhibit stank.

The laziest bunch of kangaroos. lols. They never jump around la.

Slated for an appearance on National Geographic!

Long legged bird. The fella's name slips my mind.

Post-NS Plans! Australia here I come!!

We were quite surprised to see Steph here actually. No la kidding kidding. This is the pygmy hippo, the smaller cousin of Ste.. I mean the regular sized hippos.

I couldn't get a good photo of the fella opening up his mouth to accept his veggies, but I can tell you one thing though. Big mouth, with scary teeth!

That tufted tail there is for... swatting its faecal matter around, as a form of marking territories. splat splat splat...

Strain your eyes to see the BABY HIPPO! The poor lass was so shy, she let her parents eat first.

Sweet sour fish anyone? Can last you at least 3 days. That's how big this fish is.

One of the highlights of the day; The White Tiger.

The 2 females in the pride.

This is the solitary male. Throughout the whole time we were there, he was pacing back and forth that very ledge keeping eye contact with us.

Feeding time. The zookeeper stood at the very spot we were at, and threw the chicken / beef / mutton pieces to them, and the tigers could actually catch them airborne in their mouths! There you see the male about to chow down on some beef.

Talk about precarious eating positions.
Contrary to popular belief, there are NO white tigers in the wild. Its the result of a mutated gene among the Siberian tiger species, which was cultivated to create these sub-species of tiger. White tigers in the world are ALL captive animals. Happy ones though. They also have blue eyes. Nice hor? Interesting fact: There is a yet-to-be confirmed BLUE tiger ranging in the Russia / China region. I bet the fella's gonna be a beautiful creature.

Presenting, the capybara. The biggest rat in the world.

If I saw a rat THIS big eating my food... Olympics, here I come.

THE CUTEST FELLA IN THE ZOO! THE SEA OTTER!

These guys are damn adorable. They swim around having fun all day, and they love fish.

Pinkies &.. apparently no Brain.

This cute little fella is a free-ranging ape. Yup. This means he can drop on your head anytime.

This dark furred fella is called a Siamang. Big sized agile fella that spends almost his whole life in trees. Good view of things though.

False Gharial. Apparently, he's not true.

From left to right: Calvin, James, Darren & Isaac. OK no la kidding kidding. Tufted tailed apes with a penchant for fruits. Once they eat, they run off.

Front view. Looks like a character from Star Wars!
This was definitely a good day to go! I'm planning another trip during the holidays next month, and this time, go in the morning! I felt that we had too little time to explore comfortably.. Next time!
the story ends like this;
